1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the access to and use of the www.hawkplay online gaming platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), operated under the domain wwwhawkplay.club (hereinafter "www.hawkplay," "we," "us," or "our").
1.2 By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you (hereinafter "the Player," "you," or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and www.hawkplay. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms as set out in Section 15.
1.4 These Terms are provided in English and, in the event of any inconsistency between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the Platform. This minimum age requirement is set by PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
21+ Age Requirement: www.hawkplay strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Any account found to be registered by or used by a minor will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. www.hawkplay makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or appropriate in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 Registration Requirements. To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document; your date of birth; your registered Philippine mobile number; and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly should any details change.
3.4 One Account Rule. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through another person — is strictly prohibited. www.hawkplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances upon detection of duplicate accounts.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). www.hawkplay may require you to submit documentary proof of identity and residential address prior to approving withdrawal requests. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued identification such as a valid passport, national ID (PhilSys), SSS/GSIS card, PRC license, voter's ID, or driver's license. www.hawkplay reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or regulatory purposes.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any linked authentication methods (such as GCash or PayMaya login credentials). You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 All activities conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested — are deemed to have been carried out by you and are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized those actions.
4.3 If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify www.hawkplay Customer Support immediately via the live chat service available on the Platform. www.hawkplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Facilitating third-party use of your Account — including through credential sharing — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
5.1 www.hawkplay accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online transfer, BDO (Banco de Oro) online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, and other methods as may be made available from time to time and displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. www.hawkplay does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be returned and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit. As a general guide, GCash and PayMaya minimum deposits are ₱100, and bank transfer minimum deposits are ₱500. These minimums are subject to change without notice.
5.4 www.hawkplay does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply fees independent of www.hawkplay that are your sole responsibility.
5.5 All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). www.hawkplay does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Currency conversion, if required on your end, is your responsibility and any associated exchange rate costs are borne by you.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: www.hawkplay complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act). Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. www.hawkplay may request documentation supporting the source of deposited funds at its discretion.
6.1 You may request a withdrawal of funds from your Account Balance at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.5; (b) the absence of any pending investigation into your Account; (c) compliance with any active bonus wagering requirements as set out in Section 8; and (d) the applicable minimum withdrawal amount for your selected payment method.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. www.hawkplay reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method where the original method is unavailable.
6.3 Processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — typically 5 to 15 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers — typically 1 to 3 hours, subject to interbank processing windows. These times apply to KYC-verified accounts. First-time withdrawals pending KYC review may take up to 24 hours.
6.4 www.hawkplay reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that are unusually large relative to your account history, or where fraud or misuse is suspected. Such checks may extend withdrawal processing times.
6.5 Withdrawals of Bonus Credits are not permitted. Only real-money Balance resulting from deposits and winnings that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
7.1 All Games available on the www.hawkplay Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the Game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any Game before placing a wager. www.hawkplay shall not be responsible for losses arising from your failure to understand a Game's rules.
7.2 Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final. Bets cannot be cancelled, voided, or amended after they have been confirmed except in the following circumstances: (a) a technical malfunction of the Platform that demonstrably affected the outcome; (b) a sports bet placed on an event that is subsequently abandoned, where the Platform's specific sport rules determine outcome; (c) a live casino round interrupted by a verifiable stream failure before resolution.
7.3 In the event of a malfunction of the software, server, or equipment — whether in Games, live dealer feeds, or the sports betting system — all bets placed during the malfunction period shall be void and the corresponding wager amounts shall be returned to your Account Balance. www.hawkplay is not obligated to honor payouts resulting from obvious software errors or malfunctions.
7.4 Sports betting markets on www.hawkplay — including Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other sporting events — are governed by the specific sports betting rules displayed in the sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific sports betting rules, the specific sports betting rules shall prevail in relation to the sports bet in question.
7.5 www.hawkplay reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error — including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on incorrectly priced markets due to a clear pricing error ("palpable error"), and bets that were placed in circumstances that www.hawkplay has reasonable grounds to believe involved manipulation of the relevant market or event.
8.1 www.hawkplay may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, VIP benefits, and other promotional offers (collectively "Promotions") to new and existing Players. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside the Promotion offer.
8.2 General Wagering Requirement. Unless the specific Promotion terms state otherwise, all Bonus Credits awarded by www.hawkplay must be wagered a minimum of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Credits become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus must generate ₱15,000 in qualifying wagers before any related winnings may be withdrawn.
8.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all Games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Unless the specific Promotion terms state otherwise, the following general contribution rates apply: slots — 100%; live casino table games — 10%; bingo — 10%; sports betting — 20%; e-sabong — 20%; roulette — 5%. www.hawkplay may vary these rates for specific Promotions.
8.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Credits that have not been fully wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire and be automatically removed from the Account Balance. Expired Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from them are non-refundable.
8.5 www.hawkplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Promotion has been misused, abused, or obtained through fraudulent means, www.hawkplay reserves the right to reclaim all Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from those credits, and to suspend the relevant Account.
8.6 Players who have opted into a self-exclusion, cooling-off, or responsible gaming restriction on their Account are not eligible to receive or use Bonus Credits during the period of that restriction.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the www.hawkplay Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
Fraud and Cheating: www.hawkplay employs real-time fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will result in immediate Account suspension and potential reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.
10.1 www.hawkplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players on the Platform. Gaming on www.hawkplay is intended to be a form of entertainment conducted with funds the Player can afford to lose. It is not intended as a source of income, a means of debt repayment, or a substitute for financial planning.
10.2 www.hawkplay provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings without requiring contact with Customer Support:

10.4 www.hawkplay will honor any self-exclusion request received from a Player or on behalf of a Player (by a family member or legal guardian in appropriate circumstances) in good faith. Requests for self-exclusion should be submitted via the Account settings or through Customer Support via the Platform's live chat.
11.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support via the live chat on the Platform. Upon closure at your request, any real-money Balance in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Credits and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently verified payment method, subject to KYC verification.
11.2 www.hawkplay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) discovery that you provided false or misleading registration information; (c) detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9; (d) a requirement under applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR directive, or court order; (e) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
11.3 Where an Account is suspended or closed by www.hawkplay as a result of a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, www.hawkplay reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. In cases where a breach is confirmed, the Account Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
11.4 www.hawkplay may also suspend or close accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. www.hawkplay will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via the registered contact details before applying any dormancy closure. Any real-money Balance in a dormant account will be held for a period of not less than three (3) years from the date of dormancy closure and may be claimed by the account holder upon satisfactory identity verification.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, www.hawkplay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, www.hawkplay shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of data or profits; (c) losses arising from unauthorized account access where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials; (d) losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond www.hawkplay's reasonable control.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits www.hawkplay's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of www.hawkplay.
12.4 You acknowledge that participation in online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited. www.hawkplay has no liability for financial losses arising from your gaming decisions.
13.1 All content on the www.hawkplay Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of www.hawkplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
13.2 www.hawkplay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
13.3 The www.hawkplay name, logo, and related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of www.hawkplay. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without the express prior written consent of www.hawkplay.
14.1 www.hawkplay collects, processes, stores, and uses your Personal Information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how www.hawkplay handles your Personal Information are set out in the www.hawkplay Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.
14.2 By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your consent is required for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance (including PAGCOR reporting obligations), and the delivery of personalized gaming and promotional experiences.
14.3 You have the right to access, correct, and — subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations — request deletion of your Personal Information held by www.hawkplay. Requests regarding Personal Information should be directed to the www.hawkplay Data Privacy Officer via the contact information available in the Privacy Policy.
15.1 www.hawkplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, www.hawkplay will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.
15.2 Amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 11.
15.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through www.hawkplay's Customer Support team. You agree to submit a written complaint to Customer Support via the live chat on the Platform and allow www.hawkplay a reasonable period of no less than thirty (30) days to investigate and respond before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Customer Support process within the period described in Section 16.2, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable procedures.
